+Is this investment advice?
The letter is research and narrative, published for education. We are not registered investment advisors or broker-dealers, and nothing in any edition is a recommendation to buy or sell a security. THE SCOUT REPORTS. THE READER DECIDES.
+Where do the documents come from?
Public registers, exchange filings, government records, and the company's own disclosures. Every fact in an edition is verified against the record in that same run, and a document that fails verification kills the pick.
+Why withhold the name at the top?
The evidence lands first, so the read stands on the document itself. The name then arrives in full on the last panel, every time. The edition never ends on a tease.
+What if a document softens under verification?
The edition says so in plain words. Conditions precedent, unnamed counterparties, thin liquidity: doubt goes into THE WINDOW and THE RISK as stated fact, and the reader weighs it with the name in hand.
